Q: How do I proof my artwork?
A: Once you've selected your product specs and quantity, you'll be taken to our online design builder where you can customize your artwork and cut line. A digital proof is generated automatically when you submit your design for review before printing.
If you're having trouble achieving the look or cut you want, a manual proof option is also available. Simply reach out to us and we'll work with you directly to get it just right.
Q: When will I get my order?
A: Most orders are produced within 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, as all orders ship via UPS Ground. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can keep an eye on its progress.
Q: Where are your products manufactured?
A: All of our products are printed locally right here in Pinckney, Michigan. We take pride in producing everything in-house to ensure consistent quality and fast turnaround times.
How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping is a flat rate of $20 on orders under $150. Orders $150 and over qualify for free shipping. All orders ship via UPS Ground.
